A specific 5-volume activator for Glow liquid color. Expressly formulated to maintain a balanced PH and create a jelly texture, easy to apply and work with.
To be used in combination with Glow liquid Color it allows bright coloring, leaving hair soft to the touch without affecting the natural or cosmetic level oh hair.
How to use it :
- Mix Glow Liquid Colour with 5 vol. - Developer
- Apply to damp hair
- Mixing 1:1
- Resting time: up to 20 minutes
