Depending on the type of blonde you are seeking, you can then proceed to neutralize it using specialized toners for blondes such as Selective Blond Hair No Yellow or NYO No Yellow.

Step #4 - The maintenance

This step needs to be clearly explained to your client. She must understand the importance of home care with professional products such as NYO No Yellow shampoo and mask. Finally, to maintain a beautiful blonde and neutralize yellow highlights, your client should be diligent and come back about every 4 weeks to allow you to maintain the blonde in good conditions. If your client waits too long before coming back, it will require more work for you. Talk to her to make sure she will be able to meet these conditions to keep the blonde she wants.
